I've led teams from 4 people to 140+ member orgs.
Over the years, I'd like to say I've grown and learn important lessons on how to be a good leader. I aim to build a culture where everyone feels seen but equally challenged. Also I just genuinely love to yap & listen to others yap.
Most notably as President of Cal Poly Iter8, a product design consultancy — ran workshops, mentored members, organized corporate crawls with industry professionals, and managed the full team. Most fun & fulfilling experience of college.
